Repository elements
The (anticipated) stakeholders of an initiative will have an interest or a relationship to multiple projects.
Therefore, in a transformative approach to the development of service solutions, the comprehensive description of stakeholders is not part of the requirements of an individual project or initiative (such as for example #2030library or #2030UNDS).
The comprehensive description of a stakeholder is better put into a repository, and is referenced in the requirements of each project in which a social actor has a stake.
Hence:
- In the requirements of a project a reference is made to the stakeholder description in the repository.
- In the Stakeholder template of a "social actor", there are descriptions of role, involvement, non-functional requirements and project issues for each initiative or project in which the social actor is a stakeholder.
